In 2019 I decided to build a RV resort on five acers Lighthouse Community Builder recognized the lack of educational resources to economic empowerment and generational wealth in struggling rural and impoverished neighborhoods to has flourished into one of the Upper Midwest’s premier providers of affordable housing with services. By integrating services and housing, we were the first to offer more than just a quality place to live. Our model has always been about supporting people in achieving their goals. Lighthouse Community builders proactively cultivates an environment for continues growth in planning, operations and development to the appropriate community levels.  We are building a body of leaders which are analytical and creative, empathetic, listeners and communicators, constantly working to identify opportunities and create unique, valuable connections between groups of people. Lighthouse is continually answering the question, “What is the next step in how to grow money where you are at. How to authentic perpetual financial growth in your family, engaged community in an age of perpetual hyper-connection?”

Seek out Federally and locally funded programs which aid in Community Building promoting economic growth and financial stability, to our most vulnerable citizens, those with low- and moderate-income (LMI). Single family household homes, families head of house with no secondary education. “We do this by bringing together financial institutions, the private sector, nonprofits, public officials, government agencies, researchers and practitioners to identify and address challenges that confront LMI communities and collaborate on community and economic development initiatives.” (“Launching Successful Community Development Initiative PDF”)

 

The aims of the Community Stakeholder Alliance are:

  • To understand, explore and share our community’s plans, operation and future.
  • To express the reliability, truthfulness and ethics by leading by example to the stakeholders
  • Communicate the story of change in every project we present to the Community stakeholders we support in thought, word and deed.
  • To combine the demand for solutions with modern knowledge of health, wealth and Community well-being.
  • To promote storytelling and sharing that offers solutions which respect the ecological/economic balance required for a diverse, sustainable thriving community growth and empowerment
  • Promoting solutions which consider diversity, equity, inclusion and fair distribution of federal, State and local resource from past and current bills Like inflation recovery bills to foster create and rescue home ownership, business, community, and generational wealth. Neighborhood productivity empowerment to a brighter future for our community.
  • To identify, engage, activate and support existing and emerging portals and pathways for community engagement
  • To leverage technology along with stakeholder resource and communications combine the best in grassroots solutions with global resource and actions.
  • Innovation, engaging stakeholder and promoting Community F.A.I.T.H reliance of stakeholder research and participation and sharing of community developed solution through portals.
  • Freely form and alliance with community representatives, other storytellers, economists, futurists, scientists, researchers, teachers, politicians and authorities on this project for the benefit and advantage of everyone in the Community builder’s platform
